Let's look at the modern version of Nikoli Tesla's concept of EARTH electrical systems which include subset human beings (bio-physics electronic devices).

This year 2014 version is based on empirical data and the EM murder systems in usage thru-out the world.   Television and radio EM programs are broadcast to program the human brain bio-computer EM interface  ..... especially the biology EM component .. the programmable brain stem.

Thus,  we have a  specific example of  WORLD  wide TV/radio  EM manipulation systems and their interaction with subset humans and their EM brain stem.
